Forbidding exports
If you want to block the export of files for a workstation or a user in an archive, you need to enter the export control com-
mand

always stands for the IP address of the workstation or the user name that is not authorized
to export.
All information is entered in brackets
. All measures are always carried out in the administration archive (error
archive). Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:

In the first example, the workstation 10.10.10.10 is forbidden (blocked) from exporting from Archivio 1.
In the second example, the user toni is forbidden (blocked) from exporting from Archivio 2.
You can also forbid partial word searches for a workstation or user.

In addition to the normal archive registration (Page 5), BvLArchivio® offers an optional user administration system. This
administration system enables you to require users to identify themselves in the archive. In addition, it is possible to define
which rights the user has in the individual archives. If the “Who is searching for what” log (page 37, 38) has been activated
then all user queries are automatically logged.
The user administration system is compulsorywhen the“Who is search-
ing for what” log has been activated or the Archivio control database (see pages 23–26) contains at least one entry.
All measures are always carried out in the administration archive (error archive). Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:
Now enter the desired command in the search field.

The user can change their own user password themselves at any time. Enter the following first as the user in the search
