Number of files in the FTP input directory
The number of processes or files (W1) that are currently located in the FTP input directory and still need to be archived
is shown in the user interface for BvLArchivio®. This number will change in relationship to the newly added files and the
processed files. All of the scanned documents and files that are to be archived land in the central FTP input directory. The
central FTP input directory is automatically closed (FTP upload service is ended) as soon as it contains more than 4,000
processes or files. As soon as the number of files left to process falls to under 400 then the central FTP input directory is
automatically opened again (FTP upload service is active).
If you enter

all of the files in the central FTP
directory will be irrevocably deleted without warning. This command should be used with care, all pending docu-
